If you are thinking about buying a property in Spain, then why not let us show you around. Together with you, we will make up a 3 / 4 day schedule during which you will be accompanied by one of our multilingual service managers.
Obviously, during your Inspection Visit we will show you the properties that best match your preferences, but we will also introduce you to the many facilities that you will be able to enjoy and choose the right area.

Proposed itinerary for the viewing trip.

Below is a typical example of a viewing trip but it can vary and be tailored to the specific needs of our clients and your flight schedules.

Day one

As soon as you arrive at the airport, you will be met by a member of our staff and taken to your accommodation.
If there is time on your first day we will show you first the area. To get the right feeling.

Day two

Morning: After breakfast, at your hotel, it is time to review the area and begin viewing properties you have expressed an interested in.
Afternoon: continue with property viewing and a chance to view more of the area, including town centres, golf courses, beaches, marinas and local facilities.

Day three

Morning and afternoon: a day totally tailored to your own requirements. You can have a more detailed view of your favourite properties and areas. If you have already found your ideal home, we can start completing the paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.

Day four

Depending upon the time of departure - you will have the opportunity to look further at any properties and prepare necessary paperwork, arrange legal representation, open a bank account and discuss financial arrangements and. We also take you for a lunchtime celebration and then take you back to the airport for your return flight.
