The entrance to the complex is gated, and you pass through the communal gardens and swimming pool area, from the terrace there is lovely views of the sea. 1 minute walk and you are on the beach. The family bathroom has large shower, toilet and wash hand basin, and mirror. Then there is a twin bedded room, 2 single beds, 2 headboards, curtains throughout the property. This is a lovely quiet area, there is a small bar, 1 minute away, and a aparthotel, 2 minutes away. The town of San Juan with its stunning beaches and safe swimming is about 5 minutes north, its open all year round, and also has a beach, supermarkets and all amenities. Golf course is 5 minutes away. Nearest town Villaricos (this in my favourite place in Almeria, the name means houses of the rich.) It has a lovely marina, great seaviews, a market on fridays, and not ruined by tourists, its about 5 minutes south, then about 15 minutes away by car is Garrucha.
