This is a solid house with four rooms/bedrooms, entrance areas on two levels and a cellar. There is also a granny flat in the garden! This flat is one room plus another which could be a bathroom. There is a barn, which is in a poor state but which would be easy to renovate.
The garden is 7,000 sq metres. Yes, 7,000! And this for sure is not easy to have in Bulgaria, and it is cultivated, clean land with lots of fruit trees around the side.
There is also an operational vineyard with about 250 vines. Wonderful.
Very friendly neighbours in this quiet village look after the place at the moment in return for the use of the land. They always hope for permanent neighbours.
The house is solid with a good roof. There is no bathroom at present but only a shed in the garden. With a good clean it could be lived in but, obviously it will need some more serious work to live there permanently. Labour is very cheap in Bulgaria but building materials, although cheaper than in western Europe, are not greatly so.
The village is near Russe, which is a lovely town on the banks of the Danube.
Price is 30,000 Euros, including the xisting company if required. Foreigners are only allowed to buy in Bulgaria through the establishing of a company, but this is very easy and straightforward. It costs about 500 Euros to set up a Bulgarian company.
