Detached villa for rent at Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort
This tastefully furnished luxury villa on 2 floors comprises on the ground floor, entrance porch, downstairs w.c., open plan lounge and dining area with 3 piece suite incorporating a double sofa bed and 6 seater dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge area overlooks the pool which is right outside the patio doors. A TV with satellite, DVD player, Movies and Cd player are provided. Upstairs is a large shower room with w.c. and bidet and 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom having a double bed and balcony overlooking the pool and the second bedroom having two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawer units.

Right outside the patio doors is the 10m split level pool, which is illuminated in the evening, and patio area complete with patio table and chairs and sun loungers. The patio can be shaded by the remote control electric awning during the hottest part of the the day. the Villa is fully air conditioned and heated with ample car parking space to the rear.

The pool is sahred by just six villas and is only for use by owners and guests of these six villas. The pool is right outside the patio doors and is therefore perfect for keeping an eye on the kids! The pool is cleaned weekly and the gardens maintained to a high standard.

Mosa Trajectum - This exclusive 5 star rated golf resort, in Murcia, has 24 hour gated security, a PGA standard golf course and a large newly built commercial centre is nearing completion, which will provide shops, bars and restaurants all in walking distance of the property. The resort is 15 minutes drive from the nearest airport (San Javier) and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
