We handle property from private individuals, companies, funds, bank seizures / SAREB. Most of the properties we sell for our clients are particularly in the regions of Alicante, Murcia, Almeria and Malaga.

Necessary paperwork for selling your property.
When signing up with GogoEstates we will make sure that you have all the essential paperwork in place ready for when a buyer wants to sign. These documents will be ideally gathered within the first week of contact with one of our sales team. The more paperwork we have on file for you the less stress for you at the final signing. As we said above, that could be fairly quick given our determination to sell your property, sometimes within a week or less!

  • o Title deeds (Copia Simple).
  • o SUMA/IBI & Electricity/Water bill.
  • o Copy of identification of all owners.
  • o Proof of payment of community fees (if on a complex).
  • o Second occupation certificate & EPC – energy certificate. (We can provide the mandatory second occupation & E.P.C certificates that may not be older than 10 years when sold.)
  • o The sales and brokerage costs are fully transparent and are only paid after your house has been sold and have been registered at the notary.
  • o Our legal team can assist you if you have not already got a lawyer/solicitor of your own.
